Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Zahid Tufail brings over two decades of extensive experience in the real estate industry. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with renowned housing projects and societies, including the Defense Housing Authority (DHA), Park View Housing Society, Gold Crest Mall & Residency Lahore, City Housing (Pvt) Limited, Mangla Garrison Housing (MGH Pakistan), Nova City Peshawar & Islamabad, Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), 101 Tower Lahore, Corporate Trade Center Lahore (CTCL), and many others.
He has also played a key role in developing major infrastructure projects, such as Dunya TV’s headquarters and Punjab College’s campuses, the University of Central Punjab (UCP), and Muhammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU).
Specializing in real estate marketing and sales, Zahid Tufail is widely regarded as a distinguished professional within the industry.
Saulat Azeem
Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Saulat Azeem, whose professional journey began in 1985, is a seasoned senior executive with extensive experience in strategic and tactical leadership across the trade, manufacturing, and finance sectors.
As Director of Finance and CFO, he is recognized for his entrepreneurial approach to leadership, combined with exceptional skills in planning, organization, communication, and problem-solving. His leadership has played a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and improving financial outcomes across the various projects and initiatives he has led.
Shahid Tufail
Director of Development
Shahid Tufail, a dedicated professional, began his career in August 2002. By 2007, his dedication had earned him the responsibility of overseeing the District Nazim House in Lahore.
He joined Dunya TV and Dunya Media Group in November 2007 as an Admin Officer and, due to his exceptional performance, was promoted to Manager of Development in 2012 and Director of Admin and Security in 2014.
In 2022, Shahid Tufail was appointed Director of Development at Century Properties, bringing decades of experience, strong leadership, and strategic thinking to the team.

With over 20 years of expertise in Pakistan’s real estate industry, Faisal Farooq is a seasoned professional specializing in operations, sales, management, and social media coordination. As Head of Operations at Century Properties, he plays a vital role in optimizing workflows, boosting sales performance, and enhancing the company’s digital presence.
